The Product Marketing Director will work closely with leaders across Rianta to lead our global market strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development activities for Rianta’s ASIC Design, Verification Services and IP portfolio. Rianta’s products and services target Communications and Data Center Infrastructure, Automotive Networking and Deep Learning Acceleration application segments.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and evolve the Rianta marketing strategy and business plan for each of the target market segments:
    • Overall segment missions, objectives and technology roadmap
    • Key target customers & partners across the application segments
    • Identify key customer needs, competitive landscape and Rianta differentiation
    • Create & orchestrate outbound marketing campaign(s)
    • Establish and track business growth targets
  • Work closely with executive management and Rianta Business Unit leaders to drive, orchestrate and track/report key customer engagements
  • Develop and nurture executive relationships with key customers & partners


  • At least seven years segment marketing experience in the semiconductor industry with relationships in customer organizations developing custom ASIC products
  • Familiarity with make vs buy decisions during IP selection and analysis a plus
  • Technical background to be able to understand customer solution needs for : Communication Infrastructure, Networking, Server, Storage, Deep Learning Acceleration and Security solution
  • Understanding of the business units in order to drive strategies and develop key messaging
  • Strategic thinker, able to contribute to strategy development, lead teams, and achieve excellent execution
  • Possesses strong command and communication skills; strong presentations and content development skills
  • At least five years of cross functional management experience 
  • Organizationally collaborative; comfortable in a matrixed, team environment
  • Must be able to define and lead a successful marketing program
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, a graduate degree in engineering or business is desired
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus
